Bio

Hi Parent's and children my name is Yvonne Williams, I reside in Raleigh North Carolina with my husband Perry, he and I have been married for thirty years. Together we have four children, five grandchildren and two grand-pups. After graduating from Saint Augustine's University in Raleigh, NC achieving my Bachelor of Science Degree, I decided to take a small break from teaching and go into another career; banking which has its rewards. In the past two years I have worked with a local company tutoring students in subjects such as math, reading, and homework. Over twenty years I have taught kindergarten in subject areas reading, phonics, handwriting, addition, subtraction, and telling time. Within that time my expectation of each child learning to read, write incursive, add, tell time, count by tens, and so much more, it definitely proves a child can learn at a very young age with consistency. Along with teaching came the opportunity for tutoring students afterschool, and during the summer. My passion is to help the growth of each child in areas of their education from phonics, math, reading and positive affirmation "you can do it!"
